Admission Process
The Corbin School of Innovation has limited enrollment for grades K-12. If you and your
child are interested in our school, please do not hesitate to fill out the forms linked below.
Complete applications (which include all requested documentation, reference) will be reviewed
by our application committee weekly.
*Submitted applications to SOI do not qualify as an enrollment guarantee.
Students are encouraged to apply early to allow for processing time.

Copy of recent cumulative High School Transcript or Middle/Elem cumulative report cards
Cumulative attendance records or homeschool data about academic work/schedule
Behavior Report - information on student behavioral needs
Reference - A link to send your academic reference is embedded in the application.
2025 Updated information :
Birth certificate, social security, up-to-date immunization record, Emergency Contact details.
